If you haven’t noticed, I’m obsessed with fragrances – it’s my thing! But not in a way that I need to have hundreds of them.
I ADORE niche fragrances – I love some more well known too! – and one of my favourite hobbies is to peruse around the fragrance department discovering new scents and then to get home and read about all the notes and just be a fragrance nerd.
So I decided to share my most desired fragrances, maybe I’ll open your world to a different olfactory experience! 🙂
Inception by ZARKOPERFUME, a fragrance inspired by the movie INCEPTION – one of my favourite movie of all times. Yes! I’m a self confessed Nolan fan– instead of three phases, this fragrance has six… layered to perfection! I can tell you that I’ve sprayed it on my arm roughly 10 hours ago and I can still smell the base notes!
MOLéCULE 234.38 by ZARKOPERFUME, the short description of this ones comes as “A Love Affair” because this fragrance only has a big molecule that interacts with your own pheromones, and you might think… yeah that’s not new and you are right, it’s not. However, I’ve tried many other fragrances with the same concept and none smelled on me, as this one did when I sprayed it on my skin.
Bal D’Afrique by BYREDO well, BYREDO is not new to my collection and this has been on my wishlist for couple of months now. It’s such a comforting scent and one that is hard to explain… that’s why it’s on that list! :p
Skin by CLEAN, this one just blown me away and spoiler alert I just bought it.. so actually shouldn’t be on that list, but I just need to share it with you because it’s such a lovely scent… It’s the perfect balance between sweet, fresh, strong and soft!
Cashmere by CLEAN, this reminds of the comfort of a cashmere sweater, lovely and soft.
Tea Escape by Maison Martin Margiela, if you love tea like I do, just prepare yourself to been drawn into a soft aromatic journey with this one!
